At Binggstore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its product description, please contact us so we can assist you.

Returns

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition where applicable.
  • The item should include its original packaging, accessories, and included components where applicable.
  • You must provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other applicable restrictions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video showing the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible products, customers may request a return within 30 days. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

The product must be returned to the return address provided by our support team. Do not send a return to the shipping address shown on your package unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account can depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that are:
