Delivery times

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer by email or through the order information.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been shipped.

Shipping address

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or delayed packages

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, we may request additional information and work with the carrier to investigate the delivery.
